I'm living now in Fresno, and the city somehow contracted Accela CRM and
there's an app in the app store:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.publicstuff.fresno_ca&hl=en_US

I used that app already more than a dozen of times, mainly to report
glasses or dirt/rocks on the bicycle routes, but it's target is very wide
range: basically anything the city can handle/fix: from potholes to
graffity, abandoned cars, etc you can report. The city will process it and
act on it. Extremely useful.

Now, in the future if all this was automated for potholes and glass on the
road would be cool. Although Teslas probably won't drive on bicycle lanes :(
Perhaps we should equip bicycles with down facing cameras :)
