I really don't see Perl or COBOL going away. Perhaps not as much new-project development in COBOL, but they aren't going to be dead anytime soon.
I've never seen the appeal of LISP, it was always infuriating to do anything when I tried it, but I'm sure it has it has areas where it is good too cause I continue hearing about it. VB.Net is probably fading but not dead either. Objective-C I have never used, don't know, says Apple so probably why.
