I installed safe-rm and configured it on two if my production servers. You
can malke a mistake even manually if you want to say "rm -rf /foo/bar" but
you hit an accidental space in the wrong spot: "rm -rf / foo/bar". Which is
exactly what happened on a Linux server at a university back in 1998. We
needed to full reinstall! I wasn't the culprit btw, and such destruction
required root privileges.
