There are a few online, I don't know of any local, but the one I think is the 
best in the US is System76.com. They come pre-installed with Ubuntu 14.04 or 
15.10. All of the hardware is 100% working out of the box, and the company is 
dedicated to make it a great user experience. I've never heard a bad thing 
about the hardware or the experience of using a System 76 machine.
