Hello NLUG, The video camera I brought last month will be overkill; AND if anyone has a smaller one which records to SD card, it will be easier to transport and enable us to use a tiny pocket sized tripod (again, easier to transport).
We found out last month that recording to SD card is desirable, since we can quickly copy content to multiple laptops / hard drives enabling post production collaboration among those interested.
