Not exactly Linux specific, but I know at least some folks have to keep track of time for projects/work/billing purposes. For the next 14 hours, Amazon has MPS TimeLog Pro free (for Android devices). You have to download the Amazon Appstore first, if you haven't already done that. Permissions are very reasonable (just read and write to external storage).
