My suggestion is basically 'all of the above'. --------------------- Set up with cloudflare, update DNS to point to cloud flare, get new IP's and point cloud flare to it. Also notify CERT and FBI.
Not a magic bullet, but it could help and wouldn't hurt. I have noticed fewer 'bad access' attempts to my domain after getting set up with CloudFlare. - For individuals, it is free.
