I have a couple of different kinds of them and they rock. I have a friend
who owns the flight school at the airport and loves to hack around, too.
So we got one, got a TV, put Ubuntu on it with an SD card (picubuntu) and I
set up a really simple script that init runs on vty1 to rotate through a
set of images using a framebuffer image viewer. Laugh all you want, it
works. I don't think it's ever crashed. If we need to do anything with it
we simply can hook up a keyboard and mouse and do whatever (I left a
regular login term on the second virtual term). They have 4GB of internal
flash that works, too, but I figured it was easier to leave Android over
there and use an SD card that I can pop into a Linux machine and work on if
I need to.
