From: Yunjian Wang <wangyunj...@huawei.com> Currently the tun_napi_alloc_frags() function returns -ENOMEM when the number of iovs exceeds MAX_SKB_FRAGS + 1. However this is inappropriate, we should use -EMSGSIZE instead of -ENOMEM.
