I  guess these should go to include/asm-powerpc/hvcall.h instead.

We posted a separate patch for hvcall.h 
(http://ozlabs.org/pipermail/linuxppc-dev/2006-August/025000.html).
As soon as this patch is accepted we'll remove the ehea_hcall.h headerfile.
