Having given someone the answer of "2.6.14 has a 'full fixed' TSO" (from
the standpoint of slow start and remaining on for a connection after
retransmission they have shot back with "Do you know the fix ID's so I
can see if distro foo has incorporated them?"
Could someone give me a gentle tap with a cluebat as to how to go about
doing that, assuming it is possible?
