Is there any reason that other network drivers shouldn't be setting
SA_SAMPLE_RANDOM?

I ask this because I run into this all the time when I try to use
rpmbuild --rebuild on a redhat kernel source over ssh.  There is no
way to introduce entropy for gpg when you're ssh'd in.
