The following series of patches aim at allowing one IPSEC node to
synchronize state to another. The mechanisms provide ability to easily
write apps such as OpenBSD's sasyncd[1].

I actually have been sitting on the patches for a while but this week I
was able to upgrade to the latest git tree and tested them extensively
and split them as logically as i could come up with.
The first three patches are derived from Krisztian KOVACS
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> - who i believe is very busy lately since i cant
reach him.
At the moment only xfrm is supported (I honestly see no need to support
pfkey, but i know that Krisztian had something for pfkey which could be
added later).

Please provide comments - i would like to shoot for the currently
open new-features-2.6.17 window.

cheers,
jamal
