I wanted to establish whether or not the license had changed.  As far
as I can tell, there is nothing new.  You've pointed out another place
where distribution of the library runs afoul of the Intel license.
Also note that any distribution requires a shrink-wrap license or a
click-through as they are using.

There has been a claim that there is some sort of new BSD license for
the library.  I'd be happy to review it if I could find it.  Oh, and
no, I'm not a lawyer either.
