We've traditionally returned ESOCKTNOSUPPORT for this case.  I don't
see any convincing argument against continuing to do so.

Oddly enough, BSD defines the value in it's headers but makes no use
of it outside of it's netgraph bluetooth stack :-)

The error makes a lot of sense, because it allows you to actually
distinguish between the two cases.  It's not possible to do so
with only the EPROTONOSUPPORT indication.
