NAK'd for the following reasons:
1) should be split into multiple patches. First patch should do nothing
but rename structures and functions. Second/successive patches should
add the "meat" of the code.
2) It is questionable whether we need CONFIG_E1000_MQ. In networking we
prefer runtime variables to compile-time config variables.
3) This change should receive A LOT MORE explanation and description.
How it works, why this is better than existing code, etc.
