OK, thanks everyone for your help. I think this is enough data which
confirms that the vc3 build is not considered important yet to trigger
the propagation of the content across the mirrors. Now we need to fix
this. :)

Without functioning Update Center I am certain that NetCAT 9.0
should reject releasing 9.0 version.
