Just moved NETBEANS-467 to Major, since there is a workaround and seems
to be archetype-specific.

so far we have got only reply from Debugger, Unit Testing and Profiler
tribes. Can others please confirm they have or ideally not have any blockers
for 9.0?

close on this Sunday so we are asking all tribe leaders to talk to
their tribes and share with us any blockers which qualify giving NoGo
for producing the first Release Candidate of Apache NetBeans IDE 9.0
by Monday 4/16 COB.
