I chose an Asrock C3558D4I-4L a few years ago because it has lots of
SATA ports and ECC RAM. Way overkill for my needs really, but I didn't
know about SATA port multipliers. I have 8 spinning rusts (4
mirrored pairs) plus an M22 for the OS, FreeBSD, because I want ZFS.

It's an Intel processor, so not suitable for Martin. I'm wasting a lot
of electricity.
