I have aprox 4000 scalars. When I go through my list of scalars it is able to
register them very fast, but for some reason one a handful of scalars it takes
a few seconds.

My ordering of the list of scalars might not be perfect. It is a
map<oid_wrapper, scalar>, where the key is a OID wrapper than contains oid
array and the length of that array. Value is the scalar information.
This list of scalars might not be in right order, such as
1.3.6.1.4.1.49463.2.1
1.3.6.1.4.1.49463.2.2
1.3.6.1.4.1.49463.2.3
1.3.6.1.4.1.49463.2.4.1
1.3.1.1.1, 1.2, .1.3.1, .1.3.2, but maybe .1.3.1, .1.3.2,
