As per the directive from NEISA the ICSA Board of Directors met via conference call last night to review the sponsorship contract with Laser Performance. We reviewed each of the sponsorship contracts in detail. And we reviewed how each contract was negotiated. The main take away from the conference call is that the LP contract is similar to the other sponsorship contracts in terms of content and the process in which it was negotiated. Each of the contracts contain clauses that prohibit ICSA from accepting sponsorship money from or officially recognizing any company which is recognized by the sponsor as a competitor.
