NEISA:
Hope you've all enjoyed a great break! With under a week to the NEISA Banquet, I need final lists from everyone attending as soon as possible. Burlington is roughly 3-3.5 hours from Boston and 4.5-5 hours from Southern New England. Those coming to the meeting can probably leave the morning of and make the drive. Here's a quick run-down on the program. Meeting: 1 pm - 6 pm, Waterman 427. The Waterman Building is on South Prospect St. on the west side of the university green. A campus map is available at http://www.uvm.edu/map/ - the "Locate by Category" function on the left column will help you find Waterman. Parking is available in the lots around Waterman. Banquet: 7 pm, Livak Ballroom. Cost for the Banquet will be $25 per head, payable at the door. The banquet is in the Livak Ballroom, in the Dudley H. Davis Student Center, which is at 522 Main St. There is a large parking lot to the east of the Davis Center for parking. Skiing: Skiing is at Sugarbush again, where all of Lincoln Peak is now open. Saturday tickets are $53 and Sunday tickets are $42. Tickets for Sunday will be available at the banquet on Saturday night (yes, you have to be there to get them). We had a huge group last year and I expect the same this year. What I need from you: Please have one team representative email me a list of who is coming to the banquet, then indicate what days they'll be skiing (Sat/Sun/Both/None), and indicate whether your team will need housing. We already have several large groups requesting housing, which is provided on a first come first served basis, so get to me soon with this stuff.
