As Scott said, the foundation of what NAnt and CruiseControl.NET do hasn't
changed very much. The book shows methods for getting things done, and
general instructions for how to set things up; it's not necessarily a
cookbook for how to accomplish any single task, though there is an element
of that in some examples.
I've always found the NAnt documentation to be pretty easy to understand
with regard to the nitty gritty functionality of any given version of the
software. Same with CruiseControl.NET.
