Is there a better way to bundle or package non-core, user contributions? I
understand the need to separately encapsulate the core Nant functionality.
But I'm not sure if I understand the need to have a project that tries to
build all the extra bits into one thing (NAnt.Contrib.Tasks.dll). Seems like
it might be stifling contributions. To me, the problem is how to we collect
task, function and type contributions from a bunch of different contributors
and package it up into one installable thing.

I'm not saying how the contrib project is set up is wrong, I'm just asking
if it could be improved. And this would seem to be the right time to improve
it.
