You need to give us more information.

 

What are you doing to "publish"? Are you just copying files? Do you need
to create a vdir? Do you need to put stuff into the GAC? Is this a web
app?

I'm really not sure what you are asking. You should post the question on

Are you wanting to know how to run something on a remote machine? Is so,
I use psexec from sysinternals.com.
