At the end of the build process I would like to use install shield's package for the web to pack the setup, the problem is that I need to edit some of the package parameters, it seems that there isn't enough command line options in package for the web to do it (parameters like the setup version) so I thought editing the package file itself that has an ini file structure (with sections) and end with pfw.
