Sorry to resurrect this thread, but im having the same problem since
upgrading from 0.85-rc4 to 0.85 release. I have the NAnt.Win32Tasks.dll file
in the bin directory.

For some reason, the NAnt.Win32Tasks assembly is not scanned for extensions.
Hence, the <readregistry> task is not available (which is used to configured
the target frameworks).
Can you check whether you have that assembly ?
