Hi I've just published the details of automating Sandcastle CTP (http://blogs.msdn.com/sandcastle) using NAnt.
I managed to generate the documentation for my NLog project using Sandcastle instead of NDoc. There are some issues, but the doc is already usable. The script is non-trivial, and uses NAnt is quite a creative way (using filterchains to make all the path names absolute instead of relative), which allowed me to build the docs outside the Sandcastle directory.
