I had the same problem. It is in RC4, but not in RC3. I downloaded RC4 yesterday so it is definately available.

I have a task that zips up builds, and ships them over to 
another place.  I get the error Unexpected attribute 
\"duplicate\" on element <zip>. when I run it.

docuementation shows there being a duplicate attribute.

any clues as to solving this?
