Jason, Bad news: MailMessage.Fields is not exposed in .NET 1.0, and since we still target .NET 1.0 CLR for official releases, these new properties will not work in the upcoming release candidate.
The code will still be there, but you'll need to manually build NAnt (targeting .NET 1.1 or higher) for it to work. Sorry about this.
