I've been working with NineRays Spice.NET. It has a suite of stuff
related to looking at, analyzing, and obfuscating assemblies. The
documentation is not as good as it should be, especially for the command
line version of the obfuscator. The obfuscation parameters are
controlled by an XML file, which I can <XMLPOKE> at build time with
updated path information. Their service is good - e-mail feedback is
very fast, sometimes as little as 20 minutes.

If you decide to try this, I would buy the GUI version for
experimentation, and then transfer the XML file to build server with
just the command line obfuscator.
