Is there any work around for this? I've tried shelling out to devenv
using the exec task to build setup projects, but have not had much success.
I'd like to be able to build setup projects that contain custom actions
written in C#. Writing custom actions is supported in the msi task but
unfortunately, not through a .Net language (unless I am missing
something - if anyone has anything to the contrary, please let me know!).
Related... I noticed that there is a VDProj converter floating around
out there. It does convert setup projects to MSI markup, but it does
not support custom actions. I also didnt find a way to use the Xml that
it generates (if anyone has any info on this, that would be helpful).
Maybe this could get folded into the solution task for VBProj files?
Thanks,
Al

Subject: [Nant-users] Question on <solution> task
Hi,
the <solution> task does not support vdproj-files (setup-projects) in the
current version. I talked with some guys, which use an older release of
NAnt
(forgot to ask them which). They told me that they can build vdproj-files
with the <solution> task. Is this feature just disabled for some reasons
or
will the <soultion> task definitely don't support vdproj-files any more ?
There has been some talk about this, but we never supported Setup projects.
Gert
