Anyone an idea? The main problem is that I want to keep away from integrating these fiöles, which belong to a library, from being "specially traeted" in the client.exe project. OTOH, VS.NET is unable to copy them to the client, exe output automatically. As we talk of a third party control, we also can not really put the stuff somewhere else.I think the bottom line, at least for me, is that they are special. I'm not really sure what the problem is for you, other than a minor complication. It would be nice if Visual Studio had an option for doing this sort of copy automatically, but it doesn't.
To keep things simple, I'm adapting the practice of always using nant for build events. This means they mostly need to be maintained in one place, except for editing the project in Visual Studio to specify the build-events as "nant post-build-event" or something similar.
