I suspect that this may be a problem with hardcoded paths in the addin. Since this was a quick throw away app which I later decided to release, there are some hard coded paths in it which point to vs.net 2003 installation. These are c:\WINNT\system32\cmd.exe, c:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Common7\Tools\vsvars32.bat and c:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Common7\Tools\vcspawn.exe
