There are many issues with crystal, and not related to Nant. The version that comes with .NET 2003 is garbage and requires a couple merge module upgrades that are only availible from crystal's site.
on top of this, the documenation on it is confusing. Sometimes you need to use a 10 digit code, sometimes you need to use this 25 digit code. I struggled with this for a great deal of time before finally upgrading to full version of Crystal Reports 9.. Then we ditched crystal completly and went with Reporting Services as well as using Active Reports. If its necessary to use crystal at this point, get the new merge modules from their website and some documentation regarding use of key code v2. But, most people I would recommend ditching crystal and moving onto something better. Also, if you ever want to do enterprise web reporting (for your intranet lets say). CAL's run about $500 a pop.
