I have a dilemma. I have built a CSV file that contains property references like "${Root}\Project". "${Root}" is a valid property that has been defined with a value like "c:\root". This gets read via a <foreach> tag to a property named "Directory". The value of the property is then "${Root}\Project". Is there a function I can use to force the property to be resolved so that the value of "Directory" is "c:\root\Project" instead?
