I'm building my documentation from NAnt using the Ndoc task, but I get the same problem in the GUI using both 1.2 and 1.3 beta 2. I'm trying to set a references path, but it does not appear top work. I have a folder (say c:\tom\dick\harry) with all my assemblies that I need to reference in it. If I set the ReferencesPath to c:\Tom\Dick\Harry, then my documentation compiles correctly. If, however, I set it to c:\Tom\Dick then I get an error saying that NDoc could not locate a referenced assembly. According to the documentation, NDoc should look in the ReferencesPath folder and all sub-folders for assemblies, but it doesn't appear to do so. I have tried the following as the source appears to indicate a wild card is required: C:\Tom\Dick** C:\Tom\Dick\** But these don't work either.
