Thanks for the help. What I ended up doing that worked was to use the usesharpcvslib="false" attribute you suggested and also add the path to my installation of the CVS.exe to the system path.
It's running right now with the example and checking out nAnt. When it gets done I'm going to try it on our CVS. Thanks again Clayton.
