your copy task, did you set the flatten attribute to true? If so, set it
to false.

Hii all,
I 'm trying to create a build file
using NAnt.
In the build file I' ve a problem in copying
a directory which may have many sub folders in it. I want to copy it
to deploy directory as it is. While copying it doesn't maintain the directory structure as
in the source directory. Instead the files
will get flattened. I need to maintain the directory structure. Please help me
to solve this.
