I downloaded and built latest nant and nantcontrib. Attached are build logs (build1.log is debug off, build2.log is debug on)
I'm still getting the "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."

Can you try using a more recent nightly build as a file locking issue was fixed recently ?
Please let us know if that fixed your problem.

I'm getting several of these as I'm building using NANT (NAnt 0.85 (Build 0.85.1665.0) and the <solution> task (the solution builds fine in Visual Studio. Then, I close VS, and run nant on the same solution)
... [solution] Building 'XXX.XXXX.XXXXX' [debug]... The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. ...
Does anyone know what would cause this?
