Try using <loadtasks> to reference the NAnt.Contrib.Tasks.dll? Here's how I pull in
tasks from NAntContrib:
<target name="stats" depends="prep" description="Generate statistics for code files">
<loadtasks assembly="${nant-contrib}/NAnt.Contrib.Tasks.dll" />
<codestats outputFile="${build.dir}/stats.xml" verbose="true">
<fileset>
<include name="**.cs" />
</fileset>
</codestats>
</target>
