Hi Eric, I've seen this problem before. You should check the project files (.*proj) for all the projects in your solution and verify that their GUIDs match the GUIDs in the solution file. I have a number of solutions with shared projects and sometimes the GUIDS do not match. In a few rare cases I have a few projects that do not have GUIDs, but I get a different error message for that.
If you find a project where the GUID does not match the GUID in the solution file AND you're brave, then you could change the GUIDs so that they match and try to compile again with NAnt. Out of curiosity, are your solutions and projects upgraded from earlier versions of Visual Studio? I'm trying to track down the cause for why the solutions and projects do not stay in sync (I think it is a Visual Studio problem related to converting projects). -- Edwin G.
