I havn't tried it but there is a <gac> task. There is help in the documents folder of nantcontrib.

Manipulates the contents of the global assembly cache. This tasks provides some of the same functionality as the gacutil tool provided in the .NET Framework SDK. Specifically, the <gac> task allows you to install assemblies into the cache and remove them from the cache. Refer to the Global Assembly Cache Tool (Gacutil.exe) for more information. "
Both the MSI and MSM tasks seem to be working correctly now (4/26/04).

The latest release does have a working version of <msi>!! Thanx!
Now we need the ability to move assemblies into the gac from the MSI.
Is there a way to do this that I am not seeing???
