I also determined that the solution should include the Webmap as well. I had a trailing / in my Solution line there (I am not sure if you can coerce this to work like that or not).   The other problem I had was that I had tried changing the map to lowercase as per someone’s suggestion and it is (or was) case sensitive to your directory and vdir structure.   I still did not ever get slingshot to work which would still be interesting to learn from the build files.
