Some ideas: 1. You may be running on FAT filesystem. AFAIR its timestamps are accurate up within seconds, so you may have just hit that. 2. Your system clock may be broken. Try rebooting.
The problem with copyright in help is a known issue. Other than that, there should be no warnings or errors.
