Could you please post your build output ? It may be that somthing has broken in the resource compilation. Use ildasm to look at the assembly manifest and see if the requested resource is in there and with the correct full name.
Could you also try a nightly build in case the issue has already been fixed. http://nant.sourceforge.net/builds/

I use for build our applcation nant version 0.8.3 RC2. Now I try 0.8.3 Release. After I build the application with 0.8.3 Release i cannot start the application (some resource missed, but the exe file is bigger!). Any idea ?
