Just passing the project file as it it to FxCop would not be very useful, as
the assemblies that need to be analyzed will always have to be at the
location that's configured in the project file, that's why the fileset
support would be necessary yes..

FxCop supports writing the analysis results as an XML file, and I think it
even supplies an XSLT to transform it into HTML.
