Yall, I just spent too long looking for taskdef, then figuring out I have to download bits from nantcontrib, than kludge this and that to make it work, then finally have it. IMHO, it belongs in Nant.Core. It's the first task that should be in nant.core. Conceivably, it's the only task that could be in nant.core -- all other tasks could use it to register themselves. It's the key to extending Nant, so why is it a fussy extension itself? Isn't part of the Ant spec anyway? It's even part of the examples in Nant, which crash, obviously. I don't know why someone is fussing over this and categorizing it as a "contrib" when it clearly is the core of core.
