You currently need to have the location of csc.exe in your path. Its stored at C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.3705 (your windows folder might be different, ie, winnt)
I'm checking in a fix that prevents this requirement. The log is the goop that gets printed during the build.
