I managed to do it, with this ugly hack :
$ tail -1 ~/.vimrc
autocmd BufRead /tmp/mutt*[0-9] source ~/.mutt/mutt.vim
$ cat /home/bernard/.mutt/mutt.vim
" krizerez evit ar brezhoneg
call setline(1,substitute(getline(line(".")),"^D'ar lun","D'al lun",""))
$
but I feel it's not the best solution ;)
